LIVE SHOTS OF PWEI.

Here are the band, snapped live on their "Dos Dedos" tour, at Central Club in Melbourne on 17th of April, 1995. These photos are, like the best drugs, for personal use only! If you're going to use them for profit, I want some too!

Technical Info: Pictures were taken with a Minolta 7000, on KodaCrapWhatever 100 film, scanned in with a Hewlett-Packard ScanJet IIc into TIFF format. XV converted them to GIF format for us all.

To view the full size gifs, just click on any of the small pictures below ... They are all 120k to 220k, and around about 256 colours - so they may look better if you can view them with their own colourmap allocated to them.

One by one:

Pic showing all band members. As seen above, but bigger and higher resolution.

Pic of all the band, except Fuzz back there on drums ...

Another shot of the band, this time, Fuzz' face is hidden behind Clint's guitar ... and - shock, horror - Adam is playing the keyboard with his hand!

The Pop Will Eat Itself Vocal Assault Team, Clint and Graham, in action - Graham with megaphone at the ready .... "Loves meee, sheee ... loves meee - Wise Up! Show 'em what you got!"

Clint at the mic once more, this time with Adam behind him on guitar.

Richard on bass, looking serious as ever and wearing THAT "strictly underground - no fucking sponsors" t-shirt! It's a good shot of the Zap Art design on the guitar, too! Behind him, Clint tries to break his own high-pogo record.

Here's one of Graham ... ARRGGHHH! Where'd the green curls go? Bzzzz!

I know this collection's a little low on quality shots of Fuzz, so here's a great shot just of the world's funkiest drummer, taken before the gig while he was having a chat with the locals and signing autographs.

The Clint Mansell gallery:

For some reason, Clint isn't exactly camera-shy! So here's some more of him ....

RIGHT! Who thinks that I'm a Sex-God? C'mon, hands up!

Actually, this one worried me a little. If I remember rightly, it was taken during the first song, "Ich Bin Ein Auslander." Anyone find the crowd's gestures a little bit ironic? So where does this this Nazi thing start, and how strong an is PWEI's influence on you? Just food for thought ... no accusations here!

Look! It's those Armamax "terminator-granny" sunglasses, and that Spiderman t-shirt! Joy!

I reckon this is the right combination of funky and strange hand-movements! What do you think, guys?
